From the next chapter of the Harry Potter series, created by J.K. Rowling, Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them came out in 2016 and this shiny coin followed in 2017. I made a short video showing the coin so you can see that the reverse is raised making it a High Relief coin.

This coin came with a collectors box with a COA tag showing that it is number 338 out of 5,000 minted coins. The reverse shows an eagle shielded by stars and stripes, the seal of the Magical Congress of the U.S. of America. The obverse has sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley's image of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
