Hello, what's up dear beehive, today we are going to perform 5 exercises at home with a broomstick which will help us to exercise, abdomen, buttocks, waist, legs and arms. This video will be only the first part of all the exercises that I will be recommending you to do with a broomstick. Remember that to do what we want we only need willpower and the rest we can solve with the resources we have at our disposal.
