    Me encantan los lunes, la perfección de iniciar el mes un día lunes no tiene comparación jajaja nada como tomarse la primera taza de café de la semana para empezar el día con buen pie y los mejores ánimos. Espero hayan tenido un excelente fin de semana, hoy les traigo una rutina combinada de autocarga y sobre carga enfocada en los deltoides, tríceps sural y core.

    Para la autocarga utilizamos el TRX como herramienta y para la sobre carga nuestra amada pesa rusa o kettlebell, todos los patrones los pueden ver en el video, también agregamos un pequeño trote al finalizar cada grupo muscular.


    CIRCUITO AUTOCARGA

    Deltoides:

    • TRX: Remo alto, 50rep
    • Trote 3 minutos

    Core:

    • TRX: Plancha péndulo, 50rep
    • Trote 3 minutos

    Triceps Sural:

    • TRX: Elevación de talones en sentadilla isométrica, 50rep
    • Trote 3 minutos


    CIRCUITO AUTOCARGA + SOBRECARGA

    Deltoides:

    • TRX: Aducciones de 180 a 90°, 50rep
    • Kettlebell: Bump, 25rep de cada brazo
    • Trote 3 minutos

    Core:

    • TRX: Plancha lateral con inflexiones, 25rep de cada lado
    • Kettlebell: Side swing alterno, 50rep
    • Trote 3 minutos

    Triceps Sural:

    • TRX: Skipping, 100rep
    • Kettlebell: Hell Jump, 100rep
    • Trote 3 minutos


    En varias ocasiones les he mencionado que estoy recién operada de un pie y por esto algunas de las ejecuciones son diferentes ya que mi entrenador las ha adaptado a mi condición. Tanto la elevación de talones en sentadilla isométrica como el skipping deben ser ejecutadas a la mayor velocidad y en vez de realizar hell jump, realicé elevación de talones, el hell jump sería lo mismo pero con un pequeño salto.

I hope you had a great weekend, today I bring you a combined self and overload routine focused on deltoids, triceps sural and core.

    For self-loading we use the TRX as a tool and for overloading our beloved kettlebell, all patterns can be seen in the video, we also add a short jog at the end of each muscle group.


    SELF-LOADING CIRCUIT

    Deltoids:

    • TRX: High rowing, 50rep
    • Jogging 3 minutes

    Core:

    • TRX: Pendulum plank, 50rep
    • Jogging 3 minutes

    Triceps Sural:

    • TRX: Isometric Squat Heel Raise, 50rep
    • Jogging 3 minutes


    SELF-LOAD + OVERLOAD CIRCUIT

    Deltoids:

    • TRX: Adductions from 180 to 90°, 50rep
    • Kettlebell: Bump, 25rep from each arm
    • Jogging 3 minutes

    Core:

    • TRX: Side plank with inflections, 25rep each side
    • Kettlebell: Alternating side swing, 50rep
    • Jogging 3 minutes

    Triceps Sural:

    • TRX: Skipping, 100rep
    • Kettlebell: Hell Jump, 100rep
    • Jogging 3 minutes


    On several occasions I have mentioned to you that I am newly operated on one foot and because of this some of the executions are different as my trainer has adapted them to my condition. Both the isometric squat heel raise and skipping should be executed at the highest speed and instead of performing hell jump, I performed heel raise, hell jump would be the same but with a small jump.
