También les he comentado en otras oportunidades que aparte del ultimate frisbee, el entrenamiento funcional y el running, también practico yoga y ha sido este deporte el que me ha salvado muchas veces, ayudándome en mis momentos de recuperación física y mental. Hoy quiero mostrarles un poco de mis prácticas de respiración y alineación junto a mi compañero Juanito, mi querido gato el cual le ha hecho relevo a su hermano Marcelino quien falleció hace 4 meses y era mi fiel compañero de yoga.
