At sunset you can go for a walk to one of its beaches and enjoy any fun activity they are doing, these activities range from kite surfing to beach tennis, in fact from yesterday until December 5 are taking place the fit games in this city, a competition that brings together the best representatives of crossfit across the country.

A mi me encanta lanzar el frisbee cuando cae la tarde porque ya no hay tanto Sol así que junto a mi novio fuimos a playa Lido, esta es su playa más emblemática ya que la mayoría de los eventos se realizan aquí debido a su ubicación y lo ancho de su orilla, tiene buen espacio para armar canchas para competencias o para realizar actividades recreativas como conciertos, también cuenta con un boulevard que recorre la mayoría de la playa.

I love to throw the frisbee when the afternoon falls because there is not so much sun, so together with my boyfriend we went to Lido beach, this is its most emblematic beach because most of the events are held here due to its location and the width of its shore, it has good space to set up courts for competitions or for recreational activities such as concerts, it also has a boulevard that runs along most of the beach.

En esta oportunidad pudimos disfrutar de uno de los entrenamientos de Bahía Club, uno de los clubes de voleibol playero de la ciudad, entrenan los días lunes, miércoles y viernes a partir de las 4pm y los días domingo a las 7am. Su escuela cuenta con dos niveles, el nivel principiante el cual pudimos observar que estaba conformado en su mayoría por adolescentes, esto fue bastante agradable pues nada mejor que iniciarse en el deporte a una edad temprana 🙌 el nivel avanzado se encontraba realizando otro tipo de entrenamiento más exigente.

Lo que más me llamó la atención es que ambas categorías entrenan en el mismo lugar así los más pequeños pueden verse reflejados en los mayores y copiar sus técnicas, esto también los impulsa a tomarlos como modelo y seguir mejorando.

This time we were able to enjoy one of the training sessions of Bahia Club, one of the beach volleyball clubs in the city, they train on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4pm and on Sundays at 7am. Their school has two levels, the beginner level which we could see was mostly made up of teenagers, this was quite nice because there is nothing better than getting started in the sport at an early age 🙌 the advanced level was doing another type of more demanding training.

What caught my attention is that both categories train in the same place so the younger ones can see themselves reflected in the older ones and copy their techniques, this also encourages them to take them as a model and continue improving.
