[ENG] Analysis: Governance Proposals #11, #12 and #13

Hello everyone!

This is a video in Portuguese in which I will talk about the Governance Proposals #11, #12 e #13, all of them currently open for voting if you have staked SPS.

Proposal #11: Add SPS Rewards for Guild Brawls
Proposal #12: Price Riftwatchers Packs in DEC
Proposal #13: Price Validator Node Licenses in DEC

I'm totally against all these proposals for the solely reason that the dev team is trying to sugar-coat the real problem, which is the lack of players, which is a consequence of the gaming not being actually fun for people playing it. They're just trying to shuffle tokens around (SPS, DEC, Packs) in order to fix the economy, but what the game economy really needs is more people finding the game entertaining and wanting to play it for fun and not only to 'make money'.

Nesse vídeo, eu vou falar sobre as três propostas de Governança que estão ativas nesse momento para votação se você tem SPS stakado.

Proposta #11: Adicionar Recompensas em SPS para as Guild Brawls
Proposta #12: Comprar Pacotes de Riftwatchers em DEC
Proposta #13: Comprar Licenças de "Validator Nodes" em DEC

Eu sou contrário à todas essas três propostas pelo simples motivo de que o time de desenvolvedores está tentando tapar o sol com a peneira sem resolver o real problema do jogo, que é a falta de jogadores, que por sua vez é consequência do Splinterlands não ser efetivamente divertido de se jogar. Eles estão tentando mexer os números de um lado para o outro, trocando algumas tokens por outras tokens, para resolver a economia do game; mas o que a economia do Splinterlands realmente precisa é de um jogo mais divertido e que atraia mais jogadores que jogam o jogo apenas pela diversão, e não para 'ganhar dinheiro'.
