[ENG] Community Proposals (Finally!)

Hello everyone!

This is a video in Portuguese in which I will talk about the newly-released Community Proposal System! Finally, we, the players, can formally bring our proposals to the game devs and put these suggestions to be voted on by the community.

I am very excited and happy about this new feature. For me, shared governance is the differential and the biggest attraction of NFT and blockchain games, it's what makes a decentralized game.... well, decentralized: the possibility of the community managing the game, proposing and implementing the necessary changes to keep the game balanced and interesting.

As announced by the Splinterlands devs, the system that is in place now is quite rudimentary and almost everything is done manually; the idea is that a real system will be developed in the future, automated and all that jazz. Nonetheless, Community Proposals are finally a reality!

Nesse vídeo, eu vou falar sobre o recém-inaugurado Sistema de Propostas da Comunidade! Finalmente, nós, jogadores, podemos formalmente trazer nossas propostas para os devs do jogo e colocar essas sugestões para serem votadas pela comunidade.

Estou super animado e feliz com essa novidade. Para mim, a governança compartilhada é o grande diferencial e o maior atrativo dos jogos de NFT e em blockchain: a possibilidade da própria comunidade gerenciar o jogo, propondo e implementando as mudanças necessárias para manter o jogo balanceado e interessante.

Conforme anunciado pelos devs do Splinterlands, o sistema que está em vigor agora é bastante rudimentar e quase tudo é feito manualmente; a ideia é que um sistema de verdade seja desenvolvido no futuro, automatizado e autônomo. Porém, de qualquer forma, finalmente as Propostas da Comunidade são uma realidade!
