    did you ever try to work out with Olympic Rings!?
    Very exhausting, but the most effective work out
    for your upper body muscular system.
    If you ever try, go upside down & try some crunches
    for your abs. But just holding this position, you will
    also feel your arms,shoulders & back! ;)
