Mensaje meditativo para comenzar la semana 🌞 Meditative message to start the week

Ésta semana que está comenzando trae consigo nuevas y únicas experiencias, vamos a proyectarnos hoy a través de @lovemessages para tomarnos unos pocos segundos hacia la proyección de buenas frecuencias, creando una red de emociones y grandes sentimientos que se van transmitiendo hacia todos, hoy por primera vez con un vídeo, reflejando de modo visual las cartas del tarot, son algunas de las cartas que podemos proyectar para ésa semana, donde hasta lo negativo que llegue a suceder debe ser bien recibido para los aprendizajes y fortalecimientos... La vida es compleja y muchas veces nos cansamos de lo que sucede a nuestro alrededor, también nos llegamos a cansar de lo que sucede internamente y que no se conversa con absolutamente nadie, es por ello que hoy quise traerles éste vídeo sencillo pero que está hecho con mucho amor y una energía renovadora.

El sol nos nutre, la luz nos acobija con su calor generando nuevas energías, recargándonos, reanimando y generando gran poder interno, invito a todos los que lean ésta publicación a que mediten con ayuda de la energía transmitida en el vídeo, puedes estar relajado desde la comodidad en dónde te encuentres, prepara tu ser para todas esas experiencias que van a llegar, buenas y malas pero hay que recibir lo que venga reconociendo y sintiendo en totalidad.

Vivir en abundancia es aceptar los dolores, las cosas negativas y no mantenernos en esos traumas sino continuar, el relajarse y tratar de tener disciplina pero no inflexibilidad hacia lo que nos propongamos, ésta semana te invito a través del tarot a que vivas en esa energía abundante, disfrutando con sabiduría observando lo que les rodee y contemplando la individualidad. La vida es lo que es justo en el ahora, si vivimos pensando en que todo debe estar perfectamente planificado estaremos en un constante fracaso o en un sentimiento de frustración, hay mucho en lo cual debemos enfocarnos que está cotidianamente y que es menos dañino para el ser, la naturalidad del vivir sólo para sentir y trabajando con disciplina pero sin perdernos a nosotros mismos en esencia creadora dentro de todo este proceso.

Cuando nos tomamos un momento para entender lo que haremos éstos siguientes días, vamos a tener muy en cuenta la organización, sólo quiero que tengas en cuenta que toda organización y prioridad que hagas, sea desde tu propio ser. Vive desde tu verdad y esa será la energía del sol, la tranquilidad y felicidad llega justo de esas increíbles experiencias que aparecen de repente de modo sorpresa junto con las interesantes planificaciones, así que a sentir, experimentar y amar profundamente el respirar en cada momento, el comer, el hacer algo que puede ser rutinario pero que es significativo en nuestra existencia... 🌞 Para ésta semana recomiendo salidas en las mañanas al amanecer o en los atardeceres para que sientas los cálidos rayos solares, pueden ser entre luz y sombra bajo algún árbol o simplemente caminando, pero en esos momentos es bueno hacer reflexiones del ser... Life is complex and many times we get tired of what happens around us, we also get tired of what happens internally and that is not talked to absolutely anyone, that is why today I wanted to bring you this simple video but it is made with a lot of love and a renewing energy.

The sun nourishes us, the light shelters us with its heat, generating new energy, recharging, resuscitating and generating great internal power. I invite everyone who reads this publication to meditate with the help of the energy transmitted in the video, you can be relaxed from the comfort where you are, prepare your being for all those experiences that are going to come, good and bad but you have to receive what comes recognizing and feeling in totality.

Life is what it is right now, if we live thinking that everything must be perfectly planned we will be in constant failure or in a feeling of frustration, there is a lot that we must focus on that is daily and that is less harmful to the being, the naturalness of living just to feel and working with discipline but without losing ourselves in creative essence within all this process.

When we take a moment to understand what we will do these next few days, we are going to take the organization into account. I just want you to keep in mind that any organization and priority that you do is from your own being. Live from your truth and that will be the energy of the sun, tranquility and happiness comes just from those incredible experiences that suddenly appear unexpectedly together with the interesting plans, so feel, experience and love deeply breathing in each moment, eating, doing something that can be routine but that is significant in our existence... 🌞 For this week I recommend outings in the morning at sunrise or at sunset so you can feel the warm sun rays, they can be between light and shadow under some tree or simply walking, but in those moments it is good to reflect on being...
