Jugadores! Que gusto que tengamos este espacio para encontrarnos y compartir sobre este mundo tan apasionante, así que de entrada agradezco a mis amigos de Geek Zone por la oportunidad.

Mi nombre es Jose Manuel y formo parte del canal @lospapasdeji, en nuestra introducción indicamos que todas las semanas estaría compartiendo algunos datos interesantes sobre el mundo de los videojuegos (enfocado en PlayStation) y que mejor oportunidad que iniciar resumiendo lo ocurrido en el pasado State Of Play.

Gamers! What a pleasure to have this space to meet and share about this exciting world, so first of all I want to thank my friends from Geek Zone for the opportunity.

My name is Jose Manuel and I'm part of the channel @lospapasdeji, in our introduction we indicated that every week I would be sharing some interesting facts about the world of video games (focused on PlayStation) and what better opportunity than to start summarizing what happened in the past State Of Play.

Comenzando por lo básico les recuerdo que el State of Play no es mas que un vídeo que comparte Sony varias veces al año para indicar algunas novedades de la compañía, en ocasiones esta enfocado en uno solo titulo importante, o alguna colección de juegos independientes; en esta oportunidad para sorpresa de muchos, lo que hicieron fue aclarar el panorama del 2022 y principios del 2023, por lo que fue sinceramente espectacular.

No quisiera repetir en este texto lo que les comparto en el video, así que simplemente les mencionare mis tres títulos revelados en la jornada.

Starting with the basics I remind you that the State of Play is nothing more than a video that Sony shares several times a year to indicate some news of the company, sometimes it is focused on a single major title, or a collection of indie games; this time to the surprise of many, what they did was to clarify the picture of 2022 and early 2023, so it was sincerely spectacular.

I do not want to repeat in this text what I share in the video, so I will simply mention my three titles revealed in the day.

1. Horizon Call of the Mountain: esta exclusiva de PSVR2 fue mostrada con mayor detalle y automáticamente se convirtió en la mejor razón para adquirir el dispositivo, es difícil creer que ya estemos en un punto donde los dispositivos de realidad virtual puedan mostrar esa cantidad de detalles y efectos visuales, sin perder la capacidad de inmersión por la que ya son conocidos.

2. Stray: un juego que llama la atención por lo diferente y es que en una actualidad llena de secuelas y versiones remasterizadas llama bastante la atención cuando tenemos un juego tan original; en Stray tomamos control de una gatita en un universo futurista y utópico donde las calles están llenas de robots y criaturas mecánicas, otro punto a tener en cuenta es que se confirmo que el juego saldrá a la venta el 19 de julio y que estará incluida con la suscripción premiun de Playstation plus, lo que abre un sin fin de posibilidades de cara al futuro.

3. The Calisto Protocol: un juego que promete revolucionar el genero del horror con su salida el próximo 2 de diciembre y que cada vez se ve mejor, gráficamente es impactante y con una violencia bastante grafica e impresionante; además sumamos eso a la experiencia que tienen los desarrolladores y tenemos un éxito prácticamente asegurado.

Horizon Call of the Mountain: this PSVR2 exclusive was shown in greater detail and automatically became the best reason to buy the device, it is hard to believe that we are already at a point where virtual reality devices can show that amount of detail and visual effects, without losing the immersion capacity for which they are already known.

2. Stray: a game that attracts attention because it is different and in a time full of sequels and remastered versions is quite striking when we have such an original game; in Stray we take control of a kitten in a futuristic and utopian universe where the streets are full of robots and mechanical creatures, another point to consider is that it was confirmed that the game will go on sale on July 19 and will be included with the Playstation plus premium subscription, which opens endless possibilities for the future.

3. The Calisto Protocol: a game that promises to revolutionize the horror genre with its release on December 2 and that looks better and better, graphically it is shocking and with a very graphic and impressive violence; also add that to the experience that the developers have and we have a practically assured success.
