Anche dopo 40 anni di mestiere c’è sempre da impare

Non è facile descrivere come funziona Hive, per ognuno è diverso, ognuno ha il suo modo si approcciarsi, di interagire. Io vi posso descrivere il mio modo. Infatti è proprio il bello della decentralizzazione, non esiste una sola verità. Come ci ricorda @fedesox nel suo ultimo post, siamo tutti proprietari, non siamo soltanto utenti. E questa cosa implica tutta una serie di conseguenze logiche.

La prima é che non c’è un consiglio di amministrazione che possa mandarti fuori, la seconda è che i dividendi si dividono in maniera equa tra tutti gli stakeholders. Ho detto equa non uguale. Ovviamente qui si parla di cryptocapitalismo, ma chiunque in poco tempo può fare l’esperienza di ricevere un compenso per il suo sforzo di creare un post bello, interessante e originale.
Terzo non ci sono banche, o sarebbe meglio siamo noi ma banca, e creiamo moneta ad ogni post.
Fatta questa breve introduzione se sei un’artista forse sei interessaro a capire come valorizzare il tuo sforzo quotidiano di fare musica o arte.

L’importante è crescere

Il primo punto che per me è fondamentale qui su Hive è imparare a trasmettere, raccontarsi, migliorando post dopo post il proprio talento.
Si proprio quello. Il punto principale è proprio mettere valore in ciò che fai. Se non lo metti tu il valore chi altri lo metterà. Non importante tanto quanto sia il tuo talento oggi, non serve essere Jimi Hendrix o Lucio Battisti, l’importante è che il tuo talento venga coltivato post dopo post. E sei tu il contadino.
Imparare anche a confezionarlo meglio, con audio e video. Senza cercare di diventare qualcunaltro, ma semplicemente coltivando la propria missione.
Il secondo punto è crescere nella curation, nel curare gli altri. Questo secondo me lo si impara sul campo, primo leggendo, secondo superando quel blocco con il quale ci hanno insegnato che l’altro è prima di tutto un antagonista, un rivale. Qui su Hive l’altro è piuttosto un alleato, un amico nel senso che condivide la stessa avventura. Gioie e dolori.

Terzo i rewards. La strada che porta ai rewards è diversa per tutti e talvolta, anzi talvolta spesso, si può sperimentare un senso di ingiustizia per l’enorme sforzo che abbiamo messo nel redigere il post e soltanto un centesimo si è materializato. Avete il diritto di lamentarvi certo, ma questo non farà migliorare la vostra situazione. La vittoria non è l’arrivo, ma riuscire a camminare contro la tempesta di neve con il cuore che batte di gioia per quel vostro primo centesimo. Accoglietelo con un bel grazie.

Talvolta Hive sembra funzioni in maniera misrica o direi quantica, con la forza di attrazione. Buon ascolto.

Even after 40 years of work there is always something to learn

The second point is to grow in curation, in caring for others. In my opinion you learn this in the field, first by reading, second by overcoming that block with which they taught us that the other is first of all an antagonist, a rival. Here on Hive the other is rather an ally, a friend in the sense that he shares the same adventure. Joy and pain.

Third the rewards. The road that leads to the rewards is different for everyone and sometimes, indeed sometimes often, one can experience a sense of injustice for the enormous effort we put into writing the post and only a penny has materialized. You have the right to complain of course, but this will not improve your situation. Victory is not the arrival, but being able to walk through the snowstorm with your heart beating with joy for that first penny of yours. Welcome him with a big thank you.

Sometimes Hive seems to work in a mystical or I would say quantum way, with the force of attraction. Good listening.
