Greetings to all the hivers who are active around here today by the Full Sports community, today I will be sharing with you some exercises for the neck and thus strengthen that area so that it looks more stylized
The first thing we will do is a brief warm-up of the neck so we will make movements from one side to the other gently, then we will place the head forward and then backwards with this it will be enough for our neck to be prepared for the exercises
For the first exercise we will make fake smiles, we will start by placing our head to one side and we must exert pressure that sits on the neck, there will be 8 movements on each side
In exercise number 2 we will perform a slight neck lift, and we will blow kisses in total 8 times, the idea is to apply pressure to the neck during each movement
Exercise number 3 consists of performing jaw movements on one side executing enough pressure so that it is felt in the neck, 8 movements will be performed on one side and then 8 on the other side
En el ejercicio 4 retendremos aire dentro de nuestra boca preferiblemente en la parte baja para ejercer más presión en el cuello, luego de que realicemos 8 movimientos de forma frontal ubicaremos la cabeza hacia un lado y luego hacia el otro
In exercise 4 we will retain air inside our mouth preferably in the lower part to exert more pressure on the neck, after we make 8 movements from the front we will place the head to one side and then to the other
For the last exercise number 5 we will place the head on one side and we will stick out the tongue as much as possible, this movement should be done so that the pressure of the neck is felt, it will be 8 movements on one side and then 8 on the other.
