Morktra - Performing (Instrumental Doom Metal Guitar Synth Loop) Perceptible Degrading

Greetings Hive!!!

I'm back again with another doomy sounding instrumental. In this one I start of with a clean, delayed melodic guitar, followed up by a distorted guitar playing the chords. I then turn to my synth, where I tap out some analog drums, string synth pad, and finally a cello before I launch into an improvised solo.

I named it Perceptible Degrading because of a struggle in my life that is fresh on my mind when recording this. My son has several mental health issues and is refusing to take medication for them. He has recently stated that he will be starving himself to death. My heart is broken because after 4 years now of struggling with his behaviors, I see less hope than ever for him to live a successful life. Now I'm faced with getting the authorities involved over his announced intentions...

Anyway, that's what drives the sounds in this piece. I hope you find enjoyment with it 🖤
