I’m so excited to bring up the first Vietnamese song ever on Hive!
Whatcha up to today?

I have been asked a lot about where I am from. And so yeah, I’m from Viet Nam. And 99% of the songs I play have been English songs.
My taste for Vietnamese music is pretty special, I love traditional and folk music which lots of time do not sound like a good match on the guitar (I might try out someday though). YAYYY!😎🌺

Other than that, I love the early 2000’s – the kind of music that the young Vietnamese people who were born in 80’s 90’s really loved.
That was where I stopped and started to listen to international music and became more of a rock musician.

Today I came up with this to share a lovely song by Lam Truong - The idol of my childhood. I grew up with his music and he seemed to stop aging already! 😍

This song is the words of a guy to a girl - I think he spends a special love for her, as a brother, as someone who loves her but only stands behind her and be there for her, wanting her to be happy!
He is a soulmate and a committed supporter!

This song just reminds me so much of these days, when things are turning and there are lots of changes in my life as well. After all I'm still a young little girl with big dreams but happily enjoy little things. Whenever I feel emotional and sad, this lovely melody comes to me saying "You’re the most beautiful whenever you smile
