Reciban todos en esta comunidad #spavlog muchas bendiciones, Hoy quiero con esta publicación Compartir unas de mis recetas naturales preferida para la piel, que es el órgano más grande del cuerpo humano la cual debemos cuidar y consentir , si hay algo que practico es la medicina natural a pesar de comercializar con productos tradicionales, nuestra naturaleza es muy bondadosa y tenemos a nuestro alcance muchas formas sencillas, económicas para brindar salud , belleza y bienestar a nuestro cuerpo.

Mascarilla de Arroz para blanquear la piel, sirve para cualquier parte del cuerpo rostro, manos, entre piernas, axilas, hasta para el cabello

Esta receta a base de arroz se puede elaborar como menciono en el video de una manera rápida, voy a dejar acá por escrito también cuales son los ingredientes que utilizo. La mascarilla se usa en el rostro previamente después de limpiar tu piel, se deja toda la noche luego en la mañana se retira y se debe aplicar protector solar.

INGREDIENTES:

100 gramos de Arroz.

500 ml de agua desmineralizada o agua de consumo humano.

Una pizca de ácido cítrico (conservante natural)

10 gotas de Aceite de coco, también puede ser aceite de oliva, o aceite mineral el de tu preferencia.

Procedimiento:

Se toma el arroz y se lava previamente, luego se coloca en la licuadora, agregamos 500 ml de agua y se licua, luego la mezcla se guarda en el refrigerador durante todo el día y noche, al día siguiente se toma la mezcla y se cuela para que quede sin residuos, la mezcla se lleva al fuego lento durante unos minutos revolviendo hasta que se hace una pasta, luego se incorpora en un envase donde se le agrega la pizca de ácido cítrico que es vitamina c y conservante natural , luego las diez gotas de aceite, se revuelve y listo se guarda en el refrigerador.

Rice mask to whiten the skin, it is used for any part of the body, face, hands, between legs, armpits, even for the hair.

This rice-based recipe can be made quickly as I mention in the video, I will also leave here in writing what ingredients I use. The mask is used on the face previously after cleaning your skin, it is left overnight, then in the morning it is removed and sunscreen should be applied.

INGREDIENTS:

100 grams of Rice.

500 ml of demineralized water or water for human consumption.

A pinch of citric acid (natural preservative)

10 drops of coconut oil, it can also be olive oil, or mineral oil of your choice.

Procedure:

The rice is taken and washed beforehand, then it is placed in the blender, we add 500 ml of water and it is blended, then the mixture is kept in the refrigerator throughout the day and night, the next day the mixture is taken and strained so that there is no residue, the mixture is brought to a slow fire for a few minutes, stirring until it becomes a paste, then it is incorporated into a container where a pinch of citric acid is added, which is vitamin c and a natural preservative, then the ten drops of oil, stir and ready it is stored in the refrigerator.
