In today's Click Track Profit step we are still in Hits Connect to create a campaign and track the hits to the link.

The sample below is to a lead capture page I created to get subscribers to my time management and self improvement list.

This is a great way to learn what traffic sources are delivering the most hits and where my ads are getting seen and clicks.

The last few days in the List Nerds step we were learning about keeping our emails short and sweet, using bullet points to make them easier to read, and offering something of value to our subscribers like a list magnet.

Today we created a strong Call to Action to get our subscribers to sign up for our list to get our lead magnet.

The sample below is an email I wrote today to test a lead capture page to the time management and self improvement list I am building.

Time to stop using the email swipes from other programs that don't build my list and brand. Promote yourself on the front end and use your list emails to promote that stuff on the back end. But only like 25% of the time.

Tried to check all the boxes here. Short and sweet, bullet points, offer value, and a strong call to action!

Our +1 step for today is about documenting our ideas in some form. Use an online tool like a mind map. Use a physical whiteboard or even a journal.

I logged into Mind Meister today to give that a try. I had never used anything like it before so I watched a couple of the tutorials and did the steps. The free version allows you to create 3 mind maps.

It is kind of a cool way to put your ideas down in a graphical sort of way. I also have a whiteboard hanging on the wall next to me that is begging to be written upon.

Oh wait! I added the Day 2 +1 Step as well today. Not intentionally, however. But that is how we make mistakes most of the time.

I was to this point of writing this post and was adding my tags. I am on Brave Browser and I looked up at the address bar. There was a little notification on the Brave triangle icon. I clicked on it and it said some stuff was blocked for 3speak. So I took down the shield not knowing that it would obliterate my entire post. Can't save as you go.
So now I am finished and getting ready to head over to my Dad's house for dinner.
