I guess I need to write a Yelp review and shoutout to the fantastic customer service we received today.
The audiologist at the place where my Dad got his hearing aids took the extra steps to figure out why the
bluetooth on his phone wasn't find his left hearing aid. Her phone and her computer were finding it just fine.
She called the manufacturer and with the information about my Dad's phone they were able to walk her through some
steps on the call.
So very grateful that they didn't have to send it in for a repair that probably wouldn't have solved the issue. And that would have been
$350 dollars. YIKES
Time to go and help my husband get dinner ready now.
