Non Existent Customer Service for a Streaming TV App -- A Little Rant Today

We subscribed to QSTV or Quality Stream TV last year because we had been looking for an alternative to cable television. My husband is retired so he has time to watch TV and enjoys watching movies without commercial interruptions. He also wanted to have access to some of the premium movie channels that cost more on cable.
This company advertises on their web page that they are a new alternative to cable TV.

It's been mostly a nightmare from the beginning and they were blaming everything that was going wrong on our equipment.
We had to pay for the year upfront over 200 dollars. Yes our cable bill is about equal to that each month but that is for cable television and internet service. Our internet service is pretty flipping fast. And we have our equipment hard wired to ethernet because we don't want to rely on WI-FI.
They told us that if we could get an Amazon gift card for any new customers we referred. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
If you're going to sell a product or service you should have a support staff to fix it when it's not working which is most of the time.
Okay, that's it! I am done with my little rant.
I just think this as a lesson for anyone in business.
Our customers are people and we need to stand behind a product or service we are providing or promoting.
