Depois de muito tempo sem curtir um baile de dança de salão, essa semana fui prestigiar o aniversario de uma amiga e tive uma noite de dança e descontração como não tinha a alguns meses.
Infelizmente o único registro que tenho dessa noite é de um zouk no final do baile com a aniversariante e professora de zouk Bella Calichio. O audio ficou um pouco atrasado e Zouk ta bem longe de ser meu forte... O pouco que aprendi foi com ela e com o parceiro dela Paulo Esteves que foram meus professores por alguns meses enquanto davam aula na minha antiga escola de dança.
Espero que vocês possam sentir um pouquinho da energia boa que essa dança me trouxe através do vídeo. Quem dança sempre é muito mais feliz!!!

After a long time without enjoying a ballroom dance, this week I went to honor a friend's birthday and had a night of dancing and relaxation like I hadn't had in a few months.
Unfortunately the only record I have of that night is a zouk at the end of the dance with the birthday girl and zouk teacher Bella Calichio. The audio was a little late and Zouk is far from my strong point... The little I learned was with her and her partner Paulo Esteves who were my teachers for a few months while they taught at my old dance school.< /p>
I hope you can feel a little bit of the good energy that this dance brought me through the video. Who dances is always much happier!!!
