Big Change in the Liotes Ranking

This week-end @ph1102 and me discussed the Liotes Ranking. We needed to implement a change for two reasons. First there is a growing inequality between people investing in the project and people only taking part in our Missions. The later collect more and more points for the ranking and we believe that this makes the Missions almost too interesting compared to the other ways to earn points for the ranking.

Another thing that we realized is that there are some people who were active at the beginning of the project but haven't been seen for quite some time. They are still in the top 40 but actually they are not active anymore. The idea of the project is to support people who are posting stuff now.

We therefore decided to introduce a decay for the credits earned in missions before 1.5.2022. I have tried to explain how it works in the video but I'm not 100% sure that I was successful.
