    ¡Hola! comunidad de #3speak. Hoy les quiero platicar lo que hice el día de ayer y mostrarle un poco de los elementos que más me gustan en la calistenia. Primero un buen descanso, últimamente me ha dolido el tendón del codo, ya que después de un tiempo haciendo tantos entrenamientos de front lever me pasó factura.

    El dolor comenzó el miércoles de la semana pasada, pensé que era solo molestia porque ya me había pasado antes con los entrenamiento de la stradde planche. Los estáticos básicamente involucran mucha tensión, por eso en los codos pueden llegar a hincharse un tendón por dentro de tanto entrenamientos de tensión.

    Digamos que es la única desventaja de los estáticos, por eso es bueno calentar los ligamentos y estirar las articulaciones los manguitos rotadores para tratar y evitar lesiones, pero ya eso es inevitable lesionarse. Así que sin más hice un poco de los elementos que más me gustan en las calistenia, elementos como estáticos y ejercicios tales como la handstand, la stradde planche y el muscle-up que tengo que mejorar. El front lever one-arm y flexiones son algunos de los ejercicios que más me gustan y quiero mejorar con el paso del tiempo.

    Hello #3speak community. Today I want to tell you what I did yesterday and show you some of my favorite elements of calisthenics. First a good rest, lately my elbow tendon has been sore, since after a while doing so many front lever workouts it took its toll on me.

    The pain started on Wednesday last week, I thought it was just discomfort because it had happened to me before with stradde planche workouts. Static basically involves a lot of tension, that's why the elbows can get a tendon swollen on the inside from so much tension training.

    Let's say that is the only disadvantage of the static, so it is good to warm up the ligaments and stretch the joints and rotator cuffs to try and avoid injury, but it is inevitable to get injured. So without further ado I did some of the elements that I like the most in calisthenics, elements such as static and exercises such as the handstand, the stradde planche and the muscle-up that I have to improve. The front lever one-arm and push-ups are some of the exercises I like the most and want to improve over time.
