LAS PENAS es una canción de la banda de rock venezolana POX, siendo más específico, de la ciudad de Cumaná, Estado Sucre.
Fue una agrupación con la que compartí tarimas en mi adolescencia, a inicios de los años 2000. Hacían un rock alternativo bastante agradable, canciones muy completas en cuanto a su composición lírica e instrumental.
De todos sus temas, creo que éste fue el que más me gustó, fue una canción muy popular en mi ciudad natal, la multitud la coreaba en los eventos musicales. LAS PENAS es uno de esos pequeños himnos urbanos, siendo este bastante ligado a la cultura rock de la localidad.
Este fue un trabajo bastante simple, pero a la vez exigente, ya que mis recursos vocales no son los idóneos para los tonos originales de la canción, pero acá hacemos el esfuerzo y damos lo mejor de nosotros, y sobre todo nos divertimos haciendo esta hermosa gestión. Espero que disfruten de este cóver tanto como yo.

THE SORROWS is a song by the Venezuelan rock band POX, being more specific, from the city of Cumaná, Sucre State.
It was a group with which I shared stages in my adolescence, at the beginning of the 2000s. They made quite pleasant alternative rock, very complete songs in terms of their lyrical and instrumental composition.
Of all his songs, I think this was the one I liked the most, it was a very popular song in my hometown, the crowd chanted it at musical events. THE SORROWS is one of those little urban hymns, this being quite linked to the rock culture of the town.
This was quite a simple job, but at the same time demanding, since my vocal resources are not ideal for the original tones of the song, but here we make the effort and give our best, and above all we have fun making this beautiful management. I hope you enjoy this cover as much as I do.
