LA MÚSICA Y LAS EMOCIONES/MUSIC AND EMOTIONS

Buen día, es un placer saludar a la Familia Hive,he estado un poco ausente porque ya comenzamos a trabajar en forma sistemática el nuevo inicio del año escolar.

Siempre con esa gran disposición, hoy les traigo otro tema de interés, basados en las experiencias vividas, con nuestros apreciados alumnos, demostrándome cada día, la importancia que tiene “El Lenguaje De La Música, en nuestro entorno", en el cual, nos desenvolvemos y en la que “La Música, juega un papel muy significativo, en nuestras Emociones". He aquí algunos aspectos, sobre este interesante estudio:

1. La Música, ejerce una importante fuerza emocional, en el comportamiento de las personas en cualquier etapa de la vida. La Psicología de la Música, comienza a principios del siglo XX. estos estudios, demostraron, que la música ha contribuido al equilibrio entre los dos hemisferios del cerebro, ya que sus sensores captan las vibraciones de las ondas a través del oído, hasta hacerlo llegar al cerebro, pasando por el Sistema Nervioso Central, donde se localizan las “Nuevas Emociones”.

2. La Música está presente en nuestras vidas, desde muy pequeños, a través del sonido de la voz y nos llega en forma de una melodía muy especial, que es la de los “Padres", esto se da, cuando se le canta o se le habla al niño, creando un vínculo de estímulos, que el pequeño aprende a escuchar y a diferenciar, de acuerdo a los tonos que se usan, en cada emoción de la voz de sus padres.

3. La Música está muy ligada a la” Inteligencia Emocional "al escucharla en forma adecuada desarrolla, y controla ciertas habilidades, como la “Empatía", es decir la capacidad de ponernos en lugar de otra persona y de compartir sus sentimientos. Este último, recomiendan los expertos, a la Educación Musical, incorporando a los niños en “El Canto”, como medio de expresión completo.

4. La música tiene una estrecha relación con nuestras “Emociones", esto indica que las creaciones musicales nos transmiten “Sensaciones de Sentimientos”, según un interesante ensayo titulado “On Repeat : Han Music Play. In The Mind” ,de la Prof. Elizabeth Hellmuth Margulis, expresa que la música que escuchamos, ya la conocíamos, porque son canciones que ya habíamos oído, convirtiéndose en nuestra favorita, con respecto a esto, ella explica que se trata de algo repetitivo, esto hace referencia no solo a las veces que escuchamos una canción, sino que esta, tiene una estructura “Reiterativa", que se repite una y otra vez. Si te has preguntado, porque las canciones tienen estribillo y repiten palabras, aquí está la respuesta. Cabe indicar que no todas las canciones reiterativas, tienen los mismos efectos en todas las personas, en algunas entran en juego, los elementos del “Recuerdo", transmitiendo “Sentimientos”.

INFLUYE LA MÚSICA EN LAS EMOCIONES:

El sonido y la música siempre han estado ligados al ser humano, por lo tanto, las emociones son las cargas de convertir los sonidos que percibimos en comprensibles. Está asociación sonido-emoción,

permiten reaccionar acorde al contexto, es decir, si detectamos alegrías o tristeza en una persona, solo con su voz, se denota, esto significa que asociamos la tristeza a tono de voz más bajo y grave de lo normal y lo apuesto con la alegría.

Estudios neurocientíficos, demuestran que la música tiene la capacidad de cambiar estados de ánimo, activando las estructuras emocionales del cerebro. Es por esto que la música, es capaz de alterar nuestras emociones y compartir sentimientos.

Concluyo con una Reflexión de Latinllanes: “La Música, estimula nuestro estado de ánimo, dando sentido a las emociones, esto influye, en nuestros sentimientos”.

Here are some aspects of this interesting study:
