Just because you have a girlfriend of you’re married doesn’t mean you’re gonna stop watching porn.
Most people think that’s when they stop
They don’t stop
They actually continue
And it’s a really big problem
And it’s bigger than ever now.

I’ve talked to several men around me about this issue
It turns out even after you’re getting consistent sex
And you’re with somebody that actually meets you on that emotional intimate level
You’re still back on the “HUB”

Really big issue with this and how this will start to manifest itself
You will begin to feel shame and you will feel like you have to hide this part of yourself.
You begin to do things behind your girlfriend’s back

Oh nothing I am just coming out of the restroom.
One of the best ways to start reworking that is actually being open with it
Because you don’t understand how you repair a lot of these bad behaviors that you’ve developed throughout the years
If you’re willing to be intimate with your partner, and then you hide a lot of the truth
About who you are, not even looking to get help.
Then you have a serious problem because
You’re hiding the parts of yourself with somebody that you sleep with.

What else are you hiding? What else are you keeping secret in the shadows?
And it will start to bring a light onto your character
