Hi hi hi hii, in today's episode I wanted to talk about a topic that is not very controversial but has a lot of importance for society.

I know that the title is very broad and can cover many aspects but I wanted to focus, more than anything else, when it comes to working with the public. As I have already mentioned, before coming to Hive, I worked in clothing stores; this job is quite exhausting and my experiences were not pleasant, adding that they paid me very poorly and that makes everything worse.

This made me really not want to work in this way anymore and it also made me develop a lot of empathy for the workers in this field. I went shopping over the weekend and encountered different types of salespeople or workers, which made me reflect on how difficult this job is and how normal it is to encounter customers who are disrespectful, rude, ill-mannered or even violent. I know that both parties have their share of the blame or responsibility, but I think that most of it is on the customers, because in a workday you encounter 10/20 rude customers and only one or two polite ones, it is very exhausting.

I hope you liked today's topic, thanks for all the support and receptivity you have given to the podcast; without further ado, see you next Wednesday💙
