Cambios

Desde el lanzamiento de nuestro testigo, anunciamos importantes cambios, que en algunos casos no se concretaron por razones de salud, pero en su mayoría los hemos venido implmenteando. Así es como el área de desarrollo ha venido produciendo herramientas para Hive, espeecialmente para la comunidad de habla hispana.

Este post que estamos presentando hoy es otro de esos cambios. Se trata de dar mucha más información relacionada con nuestra actividad.

Asimismo, queremos anunciar la creación de un canal en 3Speak, como en Youtube, para empezar la producción de contenido, tanto para consumo interno en Hive, como para público externo y que sirva de herramienta de divulgación de nuestra plataforma.

Los invitamos a suscribirse a dichos canales, para que no se pierdan nuestra próxima serie de entrevistas: "Cryptocharla en La Colmena".

Empezamos con el video short, que es parte de la serie "Hive en gotas" (#hiveengotas) y que está incluido en esta publicación. En esta oportunidad hablamos allí sobre lo que son los testigos en Hive.

Este video también va a formar parte del nuevo contenido que hemos incluido en nuestro sitio web la-colmena.me, que ahora contiene links a las distantes herramientas que hemos puesto a disposición de todos. Va a apoyar específicamente la página dedicada a los testigos.

Otra de las novedades la van a tener a disposición en el próximo bloque y se trata de un nuevo formato de reportes de curación.

Changes

Since the launch of our witness, we announced important changes, which in some cases did not materialize due to health reasons, but we have been implementing most of them. This is how the development area has been producing tools for Hive, especially for the Spanish-speaking community.

This post we are presenting today is another one of those changes. It is about giving much more information related to our activity.

Also, we want to announce the creation of a channel in 3Speak, as in Youtube, to start the production of content, both for internal consumption in Hive, and for external audiences and to serve as a tool for dissemination of our platform.

We invite you to subscribe to these channels, so you don't miss our next series of interviews: "Cryptocharla en La Colmena".

We started with the video short, which is part of the series "Hive en gotas" (#hiveengotas) and is included in this publication. In this opportunity we talk there about what are the witnesses in Hive.

This video is also going to be part of the new content we have included on our website la-colmena.me, which now contains links to the distant tools we have made available to everyone. It will specifically support the page dedicated to witnesses.

Another new feature will be available in the next block and it is a new format for Curation Reports.

Reporte de curación

Siguiendo el ejemplo de otras comunidades, queremos ahora hacer un resumen mensual del destino de nuestros votos, según las comunidades curadas. Eso, aparte de darle transparencia a nuestra labor, también nos permitirá mejorar nuestro trabajo, con miras a ser más justos y equitativos.

Arriba pueden ver la gráfica y a continuación les dejamos la tabla con los enlaces a las comunidades (o tags) y la cantidad de votos en cada una de ellas.

Curation report

Following the example of other communities, we now want to make a monthly summary of the destination of our votes, according to the curated communities. That, apart from giving transparency to our work, will also allow us to improve our work, with a view to being fairer and more equitable.

Above you can see the graph and below is the table with the links to the communities (or tags) and the number of votes in each one of them.

Status de desarrollo

La parte de programación estuvo centrada este año en mejoras al bot interno en el servidor de Discord, para facilitar la labor de los curadores y garantizar el buen funcionamiento de la base de datos que ahora nos permite extraer más información.

Sin embargo, hemos encontrado tiempo para seguir mejorando el sistema de OnBoarding y pronto presentaremos unos importantes ajustes que facilitarán la labor de quienes cumplen esta labor de crear cuentas para nuevos usuarios.

Recientemente presentamos también el nuevo sitio de Testigos, en español para facilidad de la comunidad hispanohablante.

Development status

The programming part was focused this year on improvements to the internal bot on the Discord server, to facilitate the work of the curators and ensure the proper functioning of the database that now allows us to extract more information.

However, we have found time to continue improving the OnBoarding system and soon we will present some important adjustments that will facilitate the work of those who fulfill this task of creating accounts for new users.

We also recently launched the new Witness site, in Spanish for the convenience of the Spanish-speaking community.

Nueva propuesta

También dentro del área de desarrollo hemos venido trabajando en un proyecto extraordinario, con miras a impulsar la adopción de HBD como forma de pago. Para ello hemos preparado una propuesta que será publicada dentro de unos días, en la cuenta de @ylich, quien es el responsable de este proyecto que lleva por nombre HBD Pay.

New Proposal

Also within the development area we have been working on an extraordinary project, with a view to promoting the adoption of HBD as a payment method. For this we have prepared a proposal that will be published in a few days, in the account of @ylich, who is responsible for this project called HBD Pay.
