This is another week in our lovely Afri-tunes Community, a community that fosters and spreads love on Hive blockchain through our African Tunes and music. And this is week 39 of our musical event/contest in the Community.
Each time I reflect on the love, goodness, kindness and mercy of God in my life, I'm always filled with awe. Sometimes I ask myself, "Why always me?" "What have I done to deserve this?"
In my sinfulness and unfaithfulness, He remains always faithful and firm to His words and promises. Amidst the obvious trials and challenges I undergo, he never let's me waiver. Amidst the hurdles and barriers weighing me down, he gives me the strength to forge ahead and helps me to cross and surmount them. In the midst of hopelessness, uncertainties and confusion, he makes way where there seems to be no way. In my nothingness, He creates something out of my nothingness.
He gives me strength when I am weak. And He feeds me with Fried rice and turkey when I have only ijebu garri inside the kitchen. Yea, He also adds chilled Fruit Juice to step down the sumptuous meal.
For this week, I'll be playing the song TOO FAITHFUL by Moses Bliss. A lovely song that speaks about God's abundant faithfulness, just as I have already shared above. Indeed, disappointment is not in God's nature; it is alien to His nature.
I'll be playing this song with my electric guitar, and I hope you enjoy it.
(Excerpt of the Chrous)
You′re too faithful to fail me
You're too faithful to disappoint me
You′ve proven Yourself in my life
And I've come to realize
You're too faithful to fail me
