This is the weekly Challenge of SHARE YOUR BATTLE, and the Theme for the Week is DRAGONS.
In Splinterlands we have 6 Splinters: fire, water, earth, life, death and dragon. Whereas I make use of the first 5 Splinters regularly, I haven't used the Dragon Splinter because I don't have any dragon Monster.
I've always wondered where the Dragon Splinterlands are. Indeed, this quest made me see how important and rare the dragon Splinters are.
Mhen!! They are very expensive at the Market Place.
Well, amidst that, I had to rent a Dragon Monster from the Market Place for a day in order to participate in this Weekly Battle Challenge. While I was wondering on which of the Dragons to use, one Monster immediately captured my attention. It was not a dragon, but a DRAGON jumper (yea, but he has a dragon in his name) π π ππ So I chose to rent this Monster because of his features.
Edition: Untamed Edition
Rarity: Legendary
Element: Dragon
Attack: Melee
Ability: Flying and Opportunity
Dragonjumpers are not Dragons themselves. That would be foolish for the Gloridax, with the high rate of failure and death in this particular profession. These soldiers are trained to literally jump off of Dragonsβ backs and into battle zones. Thin, leather webbing worn between their limbs slows the fall of the Dragonjumper just enough for them to survive the landing (usually).
The Dragon Jumper has only 4 levels.
In the first level it has:
Monsters with the Opportunity ability may attack from any position and will target the enemy Monster with the lowest health.
Has an increased chance of evading Melee or Ranged attacks from Monsters who do not have the Flying ability.
In the second level it has:
When attacking enemies with Flying, removes the Flying ability and cannot miss.
In the third level it has:
When a Monster with Stun hits a target, it has a chance to stun the target causing it to skip its next turn.
In the fourth level it has:

My battle was against @lybra11 π who chose Summoner and Monsters from the Primal Force of Earth. On the other hand, I selected my team from the Primal Force of Dragon. However, since I had only 1 Monster in the dragon Splinter, I selected Monsters from the Water kingdom to add to it.
The rules of the game were:
For my strategy, here are my Summoner and Monsters, and I'll tell you why I chose each Summoner and Monsters.
Serpent of Eld is my favourite Monster to put at the first position. It has an attack of 3, speed of 4, health of 5, 2 shield and a Dodge ability which enables it to escape or evade attacks.
I placed this card at this spot because it was a Melee attacker. With the special ability of Opportunity, I believe it will still move around ij search of the weak member of my opponent.
This is one of my favourite Monster. With its ability of sneak, it attacks the last monster, even from that position of his.
Since I used a Summoner with shied ability and my first position Monster has shield ability, I placed the Scavo hireling in my team in order to repair the broken shield of my first position Monster, making it undefeated.
This is the BABY BOY of the day π π The main player. The Dragon Jumper is a great Monster with its mighty stats. I placed it here to use its Opportunity ability to attack weak Monsters of my opponent, alongside the Feasting Seaweed.
I placed my Magic lady at the last, not for a special reason, but just to have magic in the team.
YES! YES! YES!
My strategy worked out and I left the battle without a scratch; without losing any Monster.
O yes, I really do!
Buy, unfortunately it is a rare card. I had the opportunity of enjoying the Dragon Jumper for just 24 hours. It costs about 4 Dark Energy Crystals.
Well, I hope I get a dragon Monster in one of my packs.
