This is Palompon, Leyte. It is small town in the province of Leyte Philippines where lies the most beautiful island in the country, the Kalanggaman Island. It is also home for preserved heritages and marine sanctuaries.
I spent most of my childhood in this small town playing by its beaches and not knowing of becoming a content creator living in a big city today. Though I am hundreds of miles away from my hometown, the universe will find a way to lead me back to this place.
This video project is made for Power Mac Center's Project Bighani 2021, where video creators from around the Philippines participated to showcase our very hometowns.
