The most relevant example of this is what is happening with FTX right now. It's been 8 days since the news broke... It doesn't feel like 1 week. It feels like 1 month.. The bear market is hard. The crypto winter is cold.

• Khal: Biggest lesson in 2022, delegate more things, bring more people into what khal would be spearheading himself
• Finding self directed people who don’t need a green light for everything, or need direction/clear guidance = they become a burden
• Find people who are ambitiously self directed who buy in your vision, and then run with it - a talent that is inherent, not taught - forgive rather than permission
