The New Multi-Token Bridge Future of PolyCUB | MASSIVE Value Accrual for the DAO

In this clip from the LeoFinance Weekly AMA, we talk about the various methods that the PolyCUB treasury deploys to earn on the HBD it holds and the pHBD mechanisms that it has deployed through the new multi-token bridge contract.

pHBD has radically reshaped our vision for the future of PolyCUB. With a DAO-controlled protocol bridge to deploy tokens, we're facing an entirely new direction.

PolyCUB DAO now has the ability to release these tokenized bridge assets and earn protocol revenue through 5 methods of value accrual. This clip from the AMA podcast talks about pHBD in particular.

One of the main methods that is used is the on-chain savings rate for HBD, which is currently paying 20% yield. PolyCUB's Multi-Token Bridge has an oracle wallet on the Hive blockchain for pHBD (@p-hbd)that holds a % of HBD liquid alongside a % of HBD staked in the on-chain savings on Hive.

This ratio is kept around 50-50 to ensure that daily wraps are served while also keeping a large amount of HBD staked and earning yield for PolyCUB's Protocol Owned Liquidity (PoL).

Wrapping/unwrapping fees and vault fees will allow the Treasury to support a long-term, sustainable yield for the pHBD-USDC liquidity Pool in perpetuity.
