Por fin pude subir mi primer video a la plataforma de 3Speak, estoy muy contento porque eso representa un gran avance para mi como creador de contenido.

En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con todos ustedes una receta que amarán tanto los que son amantes al café como los que no lo son.

Unas deliciosas galletas de café con avena y sirope de chocolate. Ambos ingredientes (el chocolate y el café) intensifican entre sí el sabor de la receta, haciendo de esta un delicioso aperitivo.

El aroma que desprende mientras se realiza inclusive antes de hornear, me recuerda a unos caramelos de café que solía comer mucho de niño, un aroma intenso que agrega a esta receta un toque aun más provocativo.

No quiero hacerlos esperar más así que acompáñenme en la preparación.

I was finally able to upload my first video to the 3Speak platform, I am very happy because that represents a great advance for me as a content creator.

This time I want to share with you all a recipe that both those who are coffee lovers and those who are not will love.

Delicious coffee cookies with oatmeal and chocolate syrup. Both ingredients (chocolate and coffee) intensify the flavor of the recipe, making this a delicious snack.

The aroma that it gives off while it is made, even before baking, reminds me of some coffee candies that I used to eat a lot as a child, an intense aroma that adds an even more provocative touch to this recipe.

Ingredientes	Cantidad
Avena en hojuelas	200g
Café concentrado	50ml
Azúcar	50g
Cacao amargo	1 Cucharada
Huevo	1 Unidad
Mantequilla	20g
Vainilla	Un chorrito

Ingredients	Quantity
Flaked oats	200g
Concentrated coffee	50ml
Sugar	50g
Bitter cocoa	1 Tablespoon
Egg	1 Unit
Butter	20g
Vanilla	A splash

Comencemos (1).gif

Agregamos la avena a un bol, le añadimos el azúcar, el cacao en polvo y mezclamos.
Aparte batimos el café con el huevo.

We add the oats to a bowl, add the sugar, the cocoa powder and mix.
Apart we beat the coffee with the egg.

Añadimos el batido del café a la avena, aquí podemos agregar la vainilla y mezclamos.
Por último añadimos la mantequilla.

We add the coffee shake to the oatmeal, here we can add the vanilla and mix.
Finally we add the butter.

Tomamos pequeñas porciones y realizamos bolitas.
Llevamos al horno por 20 minutos a 180 grados centígrados.

We take small portions and make balls.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Agregamos sirope si lo deseamos, ya de por sí estas galletas quedan riquísimas. 😋

We add syrup if we wish, these cookies are already delicious. 😋
