Today lets make a Veggie Balls! We all know kids don't like the taste of vegetables. Especially the bitter taste and the greasy green leafy vegetables. Even me, I also don't like greasy vegetables except for the Ladies Fingers or Ochra (OKRA). But there are many ways in which they can enjoy the taste of vegetables.
In this video blog, you will find out the selected vegetables I used for making Veggie Ball and the ingredients I used for the unique sweet taste.
The Vegetable and Ingredients
To make it easy to all, this is the ingredients that I used to. To make it easy for everyone, these are the ingredients I used. The vegetables I have in the fridge are cauliflower, carrots, cabbage, and moringa. For the flavoring are, onion, garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, Ajinomoto/oyster sauce, flour, and my last secret ingredients are the Sugar!
Slice all the vegetables into small pieces as well as the other ingredients. Take a large bowl and place all the vegetables including the egg and the other ingredients. Slowly mix the ingredients and prepare the pan and cooking oil. Make sure the casserole used has a high-neck so that the Veggie Balls circle will float. Check out the video.
For the sauce, it's up to you what you like. You can use ketchup, vinegar, sweet and sour, or you can make your own sauce as I did.
