Saludos amigos de la comunidad,En el dia de hoy vengo a traerles una rutina para ganar fuerza y nivel en jale, Ya que esta rutina me a ayudado a muchisimo! Esta rutina ademas de ganar fuerza me ayudo a poder controlar mi propio peso siendo solamente ejercicios basicos adonde solamente trabajas tu propio peso. Es una rutina con solo seis ejercicios combinados con algunos estaticos para ya poder llegar al fallo y asi los ejercicios puedan cumplir con los efectos de resistencia al mantener tu propio peso corporal. Greetings friends of the community, Today I come to bring you a routine to gain strength and level in jale, Since this routine helped me a lot! This routine besides gaining strength helped me to be able to control my own weight being only basic exercises where you only work your own weight. It is a routine with only six exercises combined with some static exercises to be able to reach failure so that the exercises can fulfill the effects of resistance by maintaining your own body weight.
