Hello friends of the community, I hope you are doing well. On this day I come to bring you my record in the ¨barra¨ challenge. The truth I didn?t feel ready but I decided to try it and here I bring you the video. As always our athlete @milagroscdlrr doing very interesting challenges in the community and this one was to try to hold the maximum in that grip on the bar and the truth is very hard because it affects a lot in the wrists and forearms. I found it one of the most difficult challenges but at least I made the attempt and I feel great. Without more to say greetings and I hope you like it!
