Hola amigos de la comunidad espero que esten muuy bien! En el dia de hoy vengo a traerle una rutina muy importante con peso, Ya que esta rutina contiene solo 3 ejercicios y estan enfocados en el mismo musculo que seria el triceps, Esta rutina me a ayudado a agarrar muchisima fuerza y resistencia en los brazos a la hora de levantar peso, Lo hice con 15kg de peso. Y la verdad para mi me parecio muy bien! Espero si tienes este material en casa la puedan realizar, Espero les gusto y sin mas que decir.. vamos!ππͺ
