Hola amigos de la comunidad de #SWC Hoy se me ocurrio la idea de hacer un video de cero, Ya que estoy un poco fallo en jale comenze de nuevo, Y de esta forma estoy fortaleciendo mi jale, Es una rutina de tan solo cinco ejercicios, Con pocas repeticiones. El jale es util para muchas tecnicas como la plancha, Pullover, Y otras tecnicas mas, No soy tan bueno en la parte del jale, Pero es una rutina para principiantes, Me estoy esforzando para traerle buen contenido de calidad, Sin mas que decirles los dejo con el video, Saludos.
