Saludos amigos de la comunidad, En este dia estaremos haciendo una rutina de pecho con solamente flexiones pero lentas, Todos los ejercicios seran lentos para obtener resistencia y aumentar mas volumen, Los ejercicios lentos hacen que las rutinas sean mas intensas y que los musculos trabajen adecuadamente, Esta rutina me a echo ganar mucha resistencia en los brazos para poder obtener un poco mas de fuerza.
