Saludos amigos de la comunidad, En este post vengo a traerles tan solo 4 ejercicios de empuje que me han ayudado a superarme como principiante, Estos ejercicios me han llevado a lograr lo poco que se ya que me ayudan a ganar resistencia y aumentan la masa muscular en mis biceps y triceps, Ademas que han fortalecido mis hombro, Pense muy bien y decidi traerselas ya que es una rutina de pocos ejercicios pero muy completa para el empuje, Espero les sirva de ayuda como ami, Disfruten el video y sin mas que decir... vamos!ππͺ
