El sábado 20 de Mayo se realizó la primera edición de la competencia SEPS AND REPS en el parque de Santa Elena Workout, ubicado en el Estado Lara, Barquisimeto. Estuvieron presentes atletas locales y visitantes de otras partes del país para mostrar sus mejores habilidades y capacidades físicas en esta primera edición

On Saturday, May 20, the first edition of the SEPS AND REPS competition was held in the Santa Elena Workout park, located in Lara State, Barquisimeto. Local athletes and visitors from other parts of the country were present to show their best skills and physical abilities in this first edition

En esta edición estuve presente ya que formó parte del equipo de Santa Elena Workout y puedo decir que la competencia estuvo increíble! El evento fue realizado gracias a @manuelramos y @mauriciorsew que fue el organizador principal de esta competencia. También agradecer a HIVE y a las comunidades de SWC por hacer posible este evento con una increíble logística y organización lo cual ayudó a que sea un evento de calidad en el que compitieron más de 50 atletas, sin dudas algo que nunca había visto antes en una competencia de repeticiones en el país!💪🏼

In this edition I was present since he was part of the Santa Elena Workout team and I can say that the competition was incredible! The event was made thanks to @manuelramos and @mauriciorsew who was the main organizer of this competition. Also thanks to HIVE and the SWC communities for making this event possible with incredible logistics and organization which helped make it a quality event in which more than 50 athletes competed, without a doubt something I have never seen before in a competition. of repetitions in the country!💪🏼

Aparte de la competencia de repeticiones se realizó una exhibición de freestyle en la que participé junto a algunos duros en el área de freestyle, estuvieron presentes atletas de Carora y locales de Barquisimeto. La exhibición estuvo increíble sobretodo por el apoyo del público, también se hizo una pequeña competencia donde teníamos que hacer el mejor truco para llevarnos un premio el cual se lo termino llevando Agustín Álvarez de Carora en el que hizo un truco que me dejo sin palabras. Para finalizar me toca felicitar a todos los participantes, la verdad por más que no sea mi área reconozco lo difícil que es competir en una competencia de repeticiones, se necesita una fuerza y resistencia increíble, así que felicidades para todos y sobretodo a los que terminaron en el podio, son unos duros! Apart from the competition of repetitions, a freestyle exhibition was held in which I participated together with some tough ones in the freestyle area, athletes from Carora and locals from Barquisimeto were present. The exhibition was incredible, especially due to the support of the public, there was also a small competition where we had to do the best trick to win a prize, which Agustín Álvarez de Carora ended up taking, in which he did a trick that left me speechless. Finally, I have to congratulate all the participants, the truth is that even if it is not my area, I recognize how difficult it is to compete in a repetition competition, incredible strength and resistance are needed, so congratulations to all and especially to those who finished on the podium, they are tough!
