Esta técnica la aprendí hace 6 años y a lo largo de todo este tiempo he estudiado mucho esta técnica y llegue a la conclusión de que todo aquel que quiera mejorar su freestyle sea cual sea su nivel necesita aplicar esta técnica. Realicé varios experimentos con distintos compañeros a los cuáles les enseñé esta técnica y todos mejoraron su nivel casi al instante y hoy en día sus giros son perfectos y no se comparan en absoluto a cómo lo hacían antes.
I learned this technique 6 years ago and throughout all this time I have studied this technique a lot and came to the conclusion that anyone who wants to improve their freestyle, whatever their level, needs to apply this technique. I did several experiments with different partners to whom I taught this technique and they all improved their level almost instantly and today their turns are perfect and not at all compared to how they did before.
Es importante saber que este es un movimiento que requiere de mucha práctica y tiempo para conseguirlo, ya que en muchas ocaciones podemos confundirnos, pero todo se trata de ir lento y sin apuros, paso a paso y con el paso del tiempo lo iremos entendiendo y dominando a la perfección. La clave está en realizar esta técnica de ahora en delante y más nunca volver a hacer un giro sin aplicar la técnica, esto hará que lleguemos a un punto en el que ya ni pensemos cómo realizarlo sino que nos saldrá totalmente natural y a la perfección.
