Popcorn is a very popular delicacy at the present time. Especially when we get on the side of the road or in the car, we see popcorn sales. Again, many people feel comfortable eating popcorn while watching different types of movies or spending their leisure time at home.

পপকন বর্তমান সময়ে খুবই জনপ্রিয় মুখরোচক সুস্বাদু একটি খাবার। বিশেষ করে রাস্তার পাশে কিংবা গাড়িতে উঠলে পপকন বিক্রির দৃশ্য আমাদের চোখে পড়ে। আবার অনেকে সিনেমায় বিভিন্ন ধরনের মুভি দেখার সময় কিংবা বাড়িতে বসে অবসর সময় কাটানোর সময় পপকন খেতে স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যবোধ করেন।

The experience of eating popcorn is completely different, especially when you are stuck in a traffic jam. Most of the time when I was coming and going from Comilla to Dhaka, I used to eat popcorn when I was stuck in a jam and this is one of my favorite food. So a few days ago when a hawker came to sell popcorn seeds, my mother bought one kg of popcorn seeds. Then she made me popcorn to eat. My mother always felt comfortable making my favorite foods.

বিশেষ করে রাস্তায় জ্যামে পড়লে তখন পপকন খাবার অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পূর্ণই আলাদা। আমি প্রায় সময়ই যখন কুমিল্লা থেকে ঢাকা আসা-যাওয়া করতাম তখন জ্যামে আটকা পড়লে পপকন খেতাম এবং এটি আমার খুবই পছন্দের একটি খাবার। তাই কিছুদিন আগে যখন একজন হকার পপকন বীজ বিক্রি করতে আসে তখন আমার মা ওয়ান কেজি পপকন বীজ কিনে নেন। তারপর তিনি আমাকে পপকন তৈরি করে দেন খাওয়ার জন্য।আমার মা সবসময়ই আমার পছন্দের খাবারগুলো তৈরি করতে স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যবোধ করেন।
