Good evening Hope everybody is well. I discussed confidence in my video yesterday. I said there is no success without self-confidence. But today I will discuss, not all kinds of confidence can bring success in our work.

শুভ সন্ধ্যা। আশা করি সকলেই ভাল আছেন। আমি গতকাল আমার ভিডিওতে আত্মবিশ্বাস নিয়ে আলোচনা করেছিলাম। সেখানে বলেছিলাম আত্মবিশ্বাস ছাড়া কোন ব্যক্তি সফলতা অর্জন করতে পারে না। কিন্তু আজ আমি আলোচনা করব, সকল প্রকার আত্মবিশ্বাস আমাদের কাজে সফলতা এনে দিতে পারে না।

There are some works that are bad or unbelievable. It is not necessary to be confident in such work. Because if you establish confidence in all those things. That confidence cannot bring us success. It is a shame that self-confidence brings us success in some bad work.

কিছু কিছু কাজ আছে যেগুলো খারাপ কিংবা অবিশ্বাস্য। সেই ধরনের কাজে আত্মবিশ্বাসী রাখা জরুরি নয়। কেননা ঐ সকল কাজে আত্মবিশ্বাস স্থাপন করলে। সেই আত্মবিশ্বাস আমাদের সফলতা এনে দিতে পারে না। গরম কিছু কাজে আত্মবিশ্বাস আমাদের সফলতা আনল সেটি হয়ে যায় লজ্জাকর।

Suppose someone is stealing. And he was confident in that. He has succeeded in this. But in reality he is not successful. Because it is a matter of shame or defamation to the society. So it is not possible to achieve success in all tasks just by establishing self-confidence.

ধরুন, কেউ চুরি করছে। এবং সেই কাজে সে আত্মবিশ্বাস স্থাপন করল। সে এটিতে সফলও হয়েছে। কিন্তু প্রকৃতপক্ষে সে সফল নয়। কেননা এটি সমাজের কাছে লজ্জার কিংবা মানহানির বিষয়। সুতরাং সকল কাজে আত্মবিশ্বাস স্থাপন করলেই সেই কাজে সফলতা অর্জন করা সম্ভব নয়।

If you start digging holes to go from one part of the surface to just the opposite of it. And established confidence in that work. Then success in such work is never possible. So we can say, it is not necessary to have confidence in all work. And that confidence can't bring us success.

আপনি ভূপৃষ্ঠের এক অংশ থেকে ঠিক তার বিপরীত অংশে যাওয়ার জন্য যদি গর্ত খোঁড়া শুরু করেন। এবং সেই কাজে আত্মবিশ্বাস স্থাপন করেন। তাহলে সেই ধরনের কাজে সফলতা কখনোই সম্ভব নয়।সুতরাং আমরা বলতে পারি, সকল কাজে আত্মবিশ্বাস রাখা জরুরি নয়। এবং সেই আত্মবিশ্বাস আমাদের সফলতা এনে দিতে পারে না।
