¡Hola comunidades de Hive!

Bueno, el día de hoy con mucha alegría quiero compartirles el proyecto que mi pareja @garcianieto y mi persona hemos venido cultivando desde hace un tiempo.

Nuestra proyecto de una sala o salón de Yoga: @sodhana

Este proyecto nació en el 2019 como una idea para llevar la práctica del Yoga en sus diferentes formas a las empresas que quisieran sumarle a sus empleados algún beneficio que pueda aportarles salud, tranquilidad, actividad física y consciencia sobre si mismas/os.

Para diciembre de ese mismo año, habíamos podido consolidad, con mucho esfuerzos la manifestación física de ese proyecto en un espacio físico, pero no sabíamos que 3 meses más tardes esa ilusión se vería truncada por la pandemia del COVID-19, y haciendo cálculos nos dimos cuenta que pronto tendríamos que cerrar las puertas y entregar el lindo espacio que habíamos logrado abrir.

En esa imagen de arriba, fue el día innaugural, donde se reunieron 16 lindas personas y otros colaboradores, para hacer una clase y ponerle una linda energía al espacio nuevo.

Pero bueno, pasó un tiempo y este espacio cerró y no fue sino hasta la semana pasada que pudimos nuevamente (con paciencia y persistencia) lograr la apertura una segunda vez de Sodhana Yoga, esta vez entre las calles del concurrido Microcentro Porteño de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.

En el video les mostramos un grupo de videos que hemos ido grabando de las personas que han venido a practicar esta semana. Y que con mucha alegría quise compartirles.

Espero que sea de su agrado, y si estás por Buenos Aires, algún día podamos cruzarnos y puedas venir a practicar conmigo, para mi será un gran gusto.

Muchas gracias por leerme y espero que pronto podamos hacer una inauguración oficial y así poderles mostrar muchas más imágenes del espacio.

Hello Hive communities!

Well, today with great joy I want to share with you the project that my partner @garcianieto and I have been cultivating for some time.

Our project of a Yoga room: @sodhana.

This project was born in 2019 as an idea to bring the practice of Yoga in its different forms to companies that wanted to add to their employees some benefit that can bring health, tranquility, physical activity and self-awareness.

By December of that same year, we had been able to consolidate, with much effort, the physical manifestation of this project in a physical space, but we did not know that 3 months later that illusion would be truncated by the pandemic of COVID-19, and doing calculations we realized that soon we would have to close the doors and deliver the beautiful space that we had managed to open.

In that picture above, it was the innaugural day, where 16 nice people and other collaborators gathered, to make a class and put a nice energy to the new space.

But well, some time passed and this space closed and it wasn't until last week that we could again (with patience and persistence) achieve the opening a second time of Sodhana Yoga, this time between the streets of the busy Microcentro Porteño of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In the video we show you a group of videos that we have been recording of the people who have come to practice this week. And that with great joy I wanted to share with you.

I hope you like it, and if you are in Buenos Aires, someday we can cross paths and you can come to practice with me, for me it will be a great pleasure.
