    ENGLISH

Today I wanted to share with you my personal practice, in timelapse (70x) so that the video would not be too long. This is a practice that lasts approximately 70 minutes. Although there are days when the exact same sequence can take me 90 minutes to complete. This is due to the fact that the breathing rhythm, resistance, and energy in general, with which I perform it can vary greatly depending on multiple circumstances: hours of rest / sleep, food, time of day, activity or routines prior to practice, mental state of the moment, mood, among many other factors that affect us all and vary from day to day, but that many people do not realize and consider that "always the same".

This practice is a mirror, that when we perform it, we are positioning ourselves in front of it and it shows us how we are that day. The mirror (sequence) is always the same, and the changes are obviously ours, which gives us a clearer idea of how impermanent we are and how changeable, like life itself.

This series of postures performed from start to finish without stopping for the full 70 minutes is known as the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Primary Series or Yoga Chikitsa.

"*Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, is a sequence system of postures that vary in difficulty and benefit. The flow between each posture is an integral part of the practice. There are three sets of movement sequences or Series: the Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa), which cleanses and refines the physical body, the Intermediate Series (Nadi Sodhana), which purifies the nervous system, and the Advanced Series (Sthira Bhagah Samapta), which cultivates strength and grace.

Each series of postures must be performed before proceeding to the next. The sequential process of learning in Ashtanga Yoga allows the practitioner to develop the concentration, strength, flexibility and stamina necessary for progress in a safe, balanced and optimal manner." - Personal blog

At no time do I suggest that you do this practice on your own without the proper guidance of an experienced yoga teacher who knows and practices the sequence.

May this video be more demonstrative and inspirational, rather than educational.

That said, I thank you for making it this far and hope you enjoy it.
