The freewrite prompt hotel room reminded me of the last time I was in. Just before the lockdowns.
I had volunteered to be part of the HOT team (we loved that name - it was short for Hotel Team). It was as fun as it was challenging going from state to state, dealing with the different hotel staff and learning how to make it work.
