Mensaje para comenzar la semana [ENG-ES]

Un abrazo mis amigos, comenzamos la semana con energías de la buena, no dejemos que nada ni nadie nos arruine esta semana tan bonita.

Hoy acabo de completar una tarea más, esas tareas que anotas en un cuaderno o en tu teléfono que alguna vez en la vida debes hacer, en mi caso consumo muchas veces contenido de redes sociales con mensajes motivadores, y hoy me levante con ganas de hacer uno.

A las 5am me levante a escribir algo, si supieran la cantidad de veces que borre y modifique esto, pero siento que al menos a una persona le llegará el mensaje porque quizás a veces nosotros no hablamos con nadie de algún inconveniente o dificultad.

Y no está de mas darle a alguien palabras de aliento y decirle que todos los días el sol sale y brilla, que tenemos salud, que tenemos personas que se preocupan por nosotros pero sobre todo que estamos vivos y algo llamado tiempo no espera.

Aqui les dejo el mensaje escrito y son libres de usarlo es mi regalo para esta semana:

"Epa, feliz comienzo de semana.

Quizás no estés en tu mejor momento, quizás te sientas cansado o cansada, muchas veces sientes que ¿por qué te pasan esas cosas?.

Y sabes, es uno de los grandes misterios de la vida, pero te digo algo, cada caída te da una enseñanza y cada momento feliz te da un recuerdo, eso quiere decir que solo tú y nadie más tendrá el poder para seguir avanzando en este camino tan largo con altas y bajas llamada vida.

No es malo hablar con alguien, buscar ayuda, llorar hasta que te quedes dormido, al contrario créeme que te quitas un peso de encima y que el género tampoco sea un impedimento, nuestra sociedad nos metió en la cabeza que los hombres no lloran y muchas veces somos los que más lloramos en silencio.
