Hive Music Festival semana 17 Round 2 - "Long long time" Linda Ronstadt cover

Para este segundo round de la semana 17 les traigo un cover de una canción muy romántica y con la cual tengo una fuerte vinculación emocional ya que la escuché por primera vez con una de mis ex-parejas, y me enamoré de la canción inmediatamente. A pesar de que la conozco desde hace varios años no me había aventurado a incluirla en mi repertorio para interpretarla, y ha sido una experiencia satisfactoria volver a escucharla después de mucho tiempo para ofrecerles mi humilde interpretación. Les confieso que fué un poco desafiante dominar la progresión de acordes y memorizar la letra sin dejar de lado la expresividad y añadirle emotividad a la interpretación, ya que recién aprendo la canción, pero espero sinceramente que el resultado sea del agrado de aquellos que se tomen el tiempo de escucharme. Como dato curioso me enteré hace unos días de que esta canción alcanzó recientemente lugares Top en los Billboard gracias a su aparición en la nueva serie de HBO "The Last Of Us" ¡una demostración de que la buena música no pasa de moda! For this second round of week 17, I bring you a cover of a very romantic song with which I have a strong emotional bond since I heard it for the first time with one of my ex-partners, and I fell in love with the song immediately. Despite the fact that I have known her for several years, I had not ventured to include her in my repertoire to interpret her, and it has been a satisfying experience to listen to her again after a long time to offer my humble interpretation. I confess that it was a little challenging to master the chord progression and memorize the lyrics without neglecting the expressiveness and adding emotion to the interpretation, since I just learned the song, but I sincerely hope that the result will be liked by those who take the time to listen to me.
