Comenzaremos el circuito con 15 pull up
Seguido de 15 chin up negativas
Logrado esto continuaremos con 20 flexiones de diamantes
Procedemos a hacer 15 chin up cerradas
Despues vamos a hacer 15 pull up abiertas
Y para terminar 15 chin up abiertas
- Bueno amigos llegamos a el final del circuito espero que les guste ,el circuito se tiene que realizar en 4 series
Explanation:
We will start the circuit with 15 pull ups.
Followed by 15 negative chin up
Once this is done, we will continue with 20 diamond push-ups.
We proceed to make 15 closed chin ups
Then we are going to do 15 open pull ups
And to finish 15 open chin up
- Well friends we come to the end of the circuit I hope you like it, the circuit has to be done in 4 series.
