En un olla aparte los tomates con aceite y lo dejamos ahí por unos minutos, luego le agregamos la cebolla puerro y el ajo e igualmente los dejamos ahí por unos minutos, añadimos la archucha y la dejamos por pocos minutos. Pasados los minutos empezamos a agregar las especias: cúrcuma, sal, laurel, pimienta, nuevamente lo dejamos por unos minutos.
Posteriormente agregamos los tallarines a en la mezcla y revolvemos, y para terminar le agregamos un poquito del agua en que cocinamos los tallarines y una taza de leche de avena, lo dejas unos minutos más dependiendo si lo quieres más húmedos o no y están listos para servir!
